Refund and Return Policy

At Shopllect.store, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or arrive as anticipated. That’s why we have created a comprehensive Refund and Return Policy to ensure your complete satisfaction and to make the process transparent, fair, and easy for you.

This policy outlines our rules and procedures regarding refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • The product should not fall under our Non-Returnable Items category (see Section 5).

Please note that returns must be authorized by our customer support team prior to sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Include your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions and our return address.
  3. Package and Ship the Product
    Securely pack the product in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, tags, and the invoice. Write the RAN on the outer package and ship it to the provided return address.
  4. Return Shipping Costs
    • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged on arrival), we will bear the return shipping cost.
    • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email whether the refund has been approved.

  • Approved Refunds:
    You will receive a refund in the original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days after the return is received.
  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases (damaged packaging, missing components), we may offer a partial refund.
  • Rejected Returns:
    If the product fails our inspection (used, damaged, etc.), the return will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you without a refund.

4. Exchanges and Replacements

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will be happy to replace it. Please follow the return steps outlined in Section 2.

Replacement Conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  • Photo or video proof must be submitted to verify the defect or error.
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product of equal value or a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety concerns, customization, or perishable nature.

These include:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, opened beauty items)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products (e.g., gift cards, eBooks)
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

6. Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s how cancellations work:

6.1 Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • To cancel, email support@shopllect.store with your order number.
  • If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued.

6.2 After Shipment:

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • You may wait for the product to be delivered and then initiate a return.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

In rare cases where your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Report the issue to support@shopllect.store within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include photos or a video of the packaging and product(s).
  3. We will initiate a free replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for faster verification of damage claims.


8. International Returns (If Applicable)

If you are shopping from outside India, please note:

  • International returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

10. Store Credits and Vouchers

In some return scenarios, we may offer Store Credit instead of a direct refund. These credits:

  • Are valid for 6 months
  • Can be used for any purchase on Shopllect.store
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash

If you receive a promotional refund voucher or discount code, it cannot be combined with other active discounts or cashback offers unless stated.


11. Dispute Resolution

If a refund or return issue remains unresolved:

  • We encourage you to contact our support team first for resolution.
  • If a dispute arises, it will be resolved in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of India.
